For Individuals

The eHealth Network allows you to have an electronic health record (the eHealth Network record) which can be shared between your doctor and other healthcare providers. By sharing your health information this way, we are trying to improve the quality of your care, by giving quick access to key health information about you when you are receiving health services.

Participation is voluntary, you don’t have to be part of the eHealth Network, and an electronic record about you will only be put in the eHealth Network with your permission. If you decide not to be part of the eHealth Network, you will still have access to the full range of health services.
